- Spanish tax ID (NIF): 00829669J
- Retail travel agency, licence CICMA 2283, issued by the Comunidad de Madrid (Spain)

Viajes Scibasku holds the public liability and surety insurance required of Spanish travel agencies, both underwritten by Occident.
2. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern distance contracting — through this site, by email, phone or WhatsApp — of the travel services Viajes Scibasku provides around motorhome and campervan rentals. By accepting a quote in writing or making the first payment, the customer confirms having read and accepted these terms, together with the particular conditions of their quote and those of the rental operator.
Contracting requires being of legal age and having capacity to enter into a contract.
3. What we book and what we do not
We do arrange and book for you:
- The vehicle rental (motorhome, RV or campervan) with the relevant operator.
- Vehicle cover and excess-reduction products, and any travel insurance you buy through us.
- Transfers to and from the operator's branch, where included in the quote.
- Excursions and activities expressly listed in the quote.
- Vehicle extras (child seats, camping kits, additional driver, one-way fees, etc.) that are itemised.
We do not book campsites, holiday parks or RV parks.
- Campsite, holiday park and RV park pitches are booked directly by the customer, in their own name.
- We recommend and advise: which areas, which type of pitch and what to book early in high season. That advice is not a booking, does not hold a pitch and does not guarantee availability or price.
- Unless expressly stated in the quote, the following are also excluded: flights, hotel accommodation, fuel, tolls, road-user charges, camping permits, national park entry fees, meals and personal expenses.
4. How a booking is made
- The customer requests a quote through the web form, email, phone or WhatsApp. Prices published on the site are indicative and are not a binding offer.
- Viajes Scibasku sends a written firm quote listing the services included, the final price, the payment schedule and the applicable cancellation conditions.
- The customer accepts the quote in writing and pays the confirmation amount.
- Viajes Scibasku confirms the booking and sends the travel documents (vouchers and pick-up details).
The contract is stored electronically and a copy is available on request.
5. Prices
Quoted prices are in euros and include the taxes applicable in Spain. The final price of the contracted services is always shown, with no breakdown of intermediation margins.
Amounts payable locally and outside the quote (the vehicle bond, fuel, road-user charges, extras bought at the branch, late-return or damage charges) are borne by the customer and are flagged in advance where foreseeable.
6. Payment
- The specific payment schedule — confirmation amount and balance deadline — is the one stated in the accepted quote, as it depends on each operator and on the pick-up date.
- Payment is accepted by card through a secure payment gateway and by bank transfer to the account shown on the quote or invoice.
- Full card details are always entered inside the secure environment of the payment gateway: Viajes Scibasku never asks for them by email, WhatsApp or phone, and never stores them.
- Non-payment within the agreed deadlines allows Viajes Scibasku to cancel the booking and pass on any charges applied by the operator.
- At pick-up the operator holds a bond on a credit card in the main driver's name. That is an operator requirement, paid locally, and is not part of the amount paid to Viajes Scibasku.
7. Customer obligations and documents
- Providing accurate details: names exactly as they appear on the passport, dates, ages and country of residence. Changes caused by wrong details may incur charges.
- Holding a valid passport, whatever visas or travel authorisations each country requires, and a driving licence valid for the vehicle and the destination, including a translation or international permit where the operator or the country requires one.
- Meeting the operator's minimum age and other driver requirements, as stated in the quote.
- Complying with the rental contract signed with the operator at the branch, including vehicle use rules and local traffic law.
Viajes Scibasku advises on these requirements, but meeting and finally checking them is the customer's responsibility.
8. Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation conditions are those of the rental operator and of the other suppliers involved, and are set out in writing in the quote before any payment is made. Agency handling fees, where applicable, are also stated in the quote.
If Viajes Scibasku has to cancel for reasons not attributable to the customer, the customer may choose between an equivalent alternative service or a refund of the amounts paid for services not provided.
9. Right of withdrawal
Under article 103.l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (consolidated Consumer Protection Act), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts covering transport, vehicle rental, accommodation and leisure services supplied on a specific date or period, which is what is contracted here. Cancellations are governed by section 8.
10. Package travel and linked travel arrangements
Where the customer books two or more services for the same trip under the conditions set out in Book IV of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, that regulation also applies and the corresponding standard information form is provided before contracting. Insolvency protection is covered by the surety insurance referred to in section 1.
11. Liability
Viajes Scibasku is responsible for correctly handling the booking and the services it contracts on the customer's behalf. The rental itself is performed by the operator under its own conditions, and any damage, fines or charges arising from use of the vehicle, from breach of the rental contract or of local law are the customer's responsibility towards that operator. Viajes Scibasku is not liable for failures caused by force majeure or by unforeseeable events outside its organisation.
12. Complaints, applicable law and jurisdiction
Complaints can be sent to info@viajesscibasku.com or to the address in section 1; they are answered in writing. Viajes Scibasku holds official complaint forms at the consumer's disposal, and consumers may also turn to the competent consumer protection bodies.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are heard by the courts designated by Spanish consumer law; where the customer acts as a consumer, they may bring the matter before the courts of their own place of residence.
13. Data protection
How personal data provided during contracting is processed is explained in the privacy policy.
