Executive summary
THL has published the Rate Release for April 2027 – March 2028. Rates will be available for booking via the B2B platform and the API from Monday, 8 June 2026. Before that, Viajes Scibasku can pre-block dates and models on your behalf via a waiting list, so you arrive with the best price when the system opens.
Mighty USA adds Class A Large (MA) motorhomes — its most spacious build — exclusively at Las Vegas (LAS) and Los Angeles (LAX). In return, the Class B (MB) campervans are retired from the fleet.
Class C Medium (MD) and Class C Large (MT) remain available at the 8 standard branches (LAX, SFO, LAS, DFW, DEN, MCO, NYC, ORD).
Bookings confirmed before 2 November 2026: 20% off vehicle charge and Inclusive Pack. New bonus this year: extra 20% off the 500 Mile Pack.
Material savings on 14+ day road trips. Applies to Road Bear, El Monte and Mighty USA.
New tiers:
Stackable with Early Bird if booked before 2 November.
THL caps the Inclusive Pack and the VIP Plus Upgrade at a maximum $50/night over 24 nights. Beyond night 24, they no longer accrue.
Real benefit for long road trips: cost capped from night 25 onwards.
Following the success of the Value Pack this season, THL has folded the Gold Package into the Inclusive Pack to streamline the offering. Fewer packages to compare, same coverage.
Pick up your motorhome on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and the Prep Fee is discounted. A quick saving without changing the itinerary.
Most branches operate on limited hours on 24 and 31 December. Notably affected:

THL has refreshed the Group Cancellation Terms to better accommodate multi-vehicle group bookings sustainably. If you're travelling with a large group, we'll walk you through the terms in writing before confirming.
Online Check-In opens 30 days before pickup, including vehicle walkthrough videos and the official Guest Guide. Important: we need the lead guest's email at the time of booking — without it, the invitation doesn't go through.
